Enriching the Arts
A veteran performer, her independent and collaborative scripts have graced rural and urban centers across Spain, Japan, and the United States. She is a One Reel Productions co-founder and Teatro ZinZanni founding principal.
An award-winning costume designer, Louise has also visualized iconic theater interiors and exteriors, as well as signature festival concepts. She diversified Bumbershoot Arts Festival literary and visual arts programing.
Her most recent design endeavor fabricated three-dimensional sculptures, in collaboration with Barbara Earl Thomas, for the Henry Art Gallery Packaged Black exhibition.
Louise conceptualized and generated funding for First Fish • First People: Salmon Tales of the North Pacific Rim, an anthology embracing indigenous storytellers from divergent nations, tracing shared cultural roots. In addition, she produced an interactive curriculum pairing at-risk youth with regional resident writers.
Louise continues to offer her skills as a grants writer. A world traveler, she is based in Seattle, Washington, USA.
